In order to solve the problem of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises, we launched the ‘sunshine credit’ service mode since 2007, including investigating, credit and loan pricing, operation process and public commitment to services such as process under the effective supervision of the public and Banks, that is to open the door for customers, to make the process clear. Through the preliminary exploration of ‘sunshine credit’, we effectively alleviate the problems including not only ‘information asymmetry’ but also ‘loan difficulties’, promoted the development of the city of small and medium-sized enterprises and the improvement of our bank management, realized the ‘win-win’ fact.
